Fresh Blonde !
Blonde hair is very porous due to the cuticle being opened to remove pigment, because of this blonde hair can look dull. You need to use an acidifying moisturizer - low pH - which closes the cuticle back down and increases light reflectability. Once a week use a bluing shampoo to minimize the yellowing that occurs over time with oxidation and sun exposure.
